Phase 4 - Introduction of Contractors

At this stage, we invite potential contractors to review the drawings to insure that the project is within the projected budget. This is also a great opportunity for you to meet the prospective contractors, become familiar with them and their work, and evaluate the “chemistry” of working together. If you already have a contractor selected this stage is unnecessary.
