Phase 6 - Further Detail Development
The final step in the design process is preparation of detailed drawings of specific areas as needed. This might include the kitchen and bathrooms, stairs, fireplace(s) and interior and exterior trim. At this time we also write the "Specifications" which are written descriptions of each building material and their quality and energy efficiency characteristics.
