Phase 1 - Confirm Existing Conditions
We begin the design process with a site visit to become familiar with the important characteristics of your property. Next, we research the site plan, set back distances from adjacent properties, covenants and municipal regulations. For renovation of an existing building, this phase also includes either our verifying original construction documents, or measuring the building for the preparation of scaled “Existing Conditions” drawings.
